You are in the right place if you are interested in simple, efficient and economical ways to create a greater sense of well-being. This site is intended to be a source of practical and actionable strategies to help you attain improved wellness. Here, we approach wellness by seeking balance within the totality of our being—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.

When our life-style supports health and wellness, we not only survive but can thrive. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am trained to assess and support people in setting and accomplishing wellness goals. While nutrition plays an integral part in this; the balance of hydration, breath, rest and movement round out the basic building blocks for maintaining health.

On this site, you will find basic tips and solid frameworks for developing a healthier life-style. You will learn how to discern what your body needs for optimal functioning. You will see how to easily tailor better habits based on your unique experiences and individual circumstances.

The state of our wellness greatly influences our earthly journey. My hope is that my knowledge, experience, insights and enthusiasm will contribute to your well-being in ways that enhance the quality of your life.
